Today I want to talk about my favorite virtue Humility. I am a avid meditator and today during my chi Kung class i recognized something that i haven’t been honoring in a while in myself, humility. I have been helping others and had become out of balance and then life got out of balance. For some reason I thought  could control it of fix it and then today I remembered the one thing that had always put me in balance in the first place, humility. It’s always humility. Humility is god’s grace the kindness the honor the reason your heart your soul. You can’t be fully authentic I think without humility because it is at the cornerstone of faith and trust. Today i found a profound deepness in my humility in meditation and thought i’d share it. I’ve started letting go as of late and living a forgiveness or a option to stop judging others for what they did, let it go.. and honor their light soul and well being. anyway we all deserve forgiveness and profound deep respect and i think that comes from Humility. I humble myself before the lord and I know that his will is in control. his way will always be done and in that i place my profound faith in god. Thank you lord jesus for all your blessings and thank you today and always for humbleness and humility. I am grateful.
